Provide the intended roster, material, haul profile, altitude or heat exposure, fuel arrangements and maintenance facilities. Ask suppliers which mine specifications their equipment already meets and which modifications require lead time. For remote sites, investigate parts inventory, technician travel, replacement strategy and recovery capability. Published listings help identify businesses whose stated capabilities align with the work, but do not replace site verification, commercial due diligence or a plant acceptance process. Confirm every compliance claim and current fleet detail with the supplier before award.
