Heavy Plant Hire Australia helps project managers, civil contractors, mine and quarry teams and councils find heavy equipment suppliers and brief them properly.
What we do
We maintain a directory of Australian businesses that hire earthmoving, lifting, mining, road construction, transport and support equipment, organised by machine category and region. Alongside it we publish practical guides on planning plant for different project types, commercial models and site conditions.
How the directory works
Supplier records are compiled from publicly available business information and from suppliers themselves. Each profile shows what has been published: categories, service areas, locations and contact details. We distinguish a published service area from a confirmed physical depot, and we do not claim a business is local unless its record lists a location there.
Listing in the directory is free. Where a listing is promoted, it is labelled as featured. Lists are ordered by the completeness of each record, not by payment, unless a listing is clearly marked.
What we are not
We are not a hire company, broker or party to any hire agreement. We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, compliance or suitability of any supplier or machine. Always confirm details directly with the supplier and complete your own due diligence.
